Everything you might forget to ask your DJ:
What is your main focus?
While we love all kinds of parties, school events, and fundraisers, our main focus is weddings. We love helping you organize the flow of events before hand, and guiding you through the event itself. Is this your full-time business? We are a part-time family owned business. This is not something we do for the paycheck, we love the business! What sets you apart from other DJs? We are MCs: Master of Ceremonies which means we are ready to help you run the whole event. We’ve seen it all and know what you’ll stress about before you even think of it. We work with caterers, photographers, and other vendors to guide you through a smooth and enjoyable evening. Can you recommend songs or assist with other details? Yes! We’ve seen it all and we’re ready to help! Contact us to schedule a consultation and talk about what is most important for your event. What about a "do not play list"? Absolutely! This is your event want we want to make sure you enjoy every minute of it! Our professional MCs review guests’ requests to make sure they match the feel of your event. I don’t know much about equipment, but what do you have? We keep our equipment and music library updated, so here's the important details: slim speakers you won't even notice in pictures, wireless microphones and other amenities for almost any musical performance, a music library older than the company itself while still including the newest trends. Can I request a DJ? Of course! Family business means we work well together and most often in teams of two. We will make sure you get the best team for your specific event. |
How many weddings do you book on an average weekend?
We usually limit one event per weekend in order to give you our full attention. We will never double book you! What is included in the cost of my event?
How far in advance do I need to book? As soon as you’re ready! We want to give you the whole weekend and our whole attention so help us focus on you by reserving your spot soon! What kind of information do you need from me? To reserve your date we will ask you to complete a contact with basic event information and price agreement. We will also review a wedding information form with you, going over song requests, special events and traditions, and the general feel of your event. How long have you been in business? Prime Time Music was established in 1993. We relocated to Arizona in 2008. Check out our team page to see each DJ's work experience. Do you have review or recent references I can check?
